Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production processes, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and assisting with the efficient operation of the factory. Duties

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and operational guidelines. Assist with the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products to meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment. Support the loading and unloading of materials and finished goods using appropriate tools and equipment. Follow production schedules to meet daily targets and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during shift operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks safely. Basic literacy and numeracy skills for following instructions and recording data. A proactive attitude towards health and safety procedures. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts if required.
