Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and operational procedures. Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in quality control checks to ensure product integrity. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Assist in training new staff members as required.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Basic mechanical aptitude is advantageous for operating machinery. Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not essential. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the production schedule.
