Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Workers. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the production line, ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor production processes and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.

Experience

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently when required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items as needed.
