The Faculty Operations and Support Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of the faculty. The post holder supports key operational and support services, providing continuity and steady operational oversight for academic School leadership teams. The role supports strategic planning, oversees operational delivery, coordinates staff and resources, and contributes to major faculty-wide initiatives, projects, and events.
The post holder oversees the Faculty Executive Support Office, ensuring the provision of effective professional administrative support to the Extended Faculty Leadership Team (FLT) and wider stakeholders. The post holder will also oversee governance in the faculty including the effective planning, preparation and action management of key committees such as the FLT and other KSA-wide groups.
This is a key role in KSA, and the post holder will work closely with stakeholders to embed excellent customer service, high quality project management and a culture of continuous improvement.
