About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Administration Officer to join the Arts & Sciences Faculty Office in an engaging and wide-ranging role. You will act as coordinator to the Module Approval Sub-Committee and support the Faculty in its planning and delivery of new academic programmes. Monitoring and updating module and programme specifications on University validation systems, you will also support activities which seek to develop and encourage quality assurance and enhancement within the faculty.

Responsible for the coordination of student engagement approaches within the Faculty, you will also use your excellent communication, teamwork, and networking skills to support the flow of timely information between University functions, academic areas and students.

About you

As Faculty Quality Administration Officer, you will:

  • Be an effective communicator with the ability to write detailed reports on specialist matters
  • Have experience in servicing high level meetings
  • Have excellent IT skills, with data input, audit, and correction experience
  • Be proactive, with the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively whilst working to multiple deadlines
