About the role



As the Falls Prevention Administrator you'll be a vital part of a small, friendly team that provides responsive and high-quality support to both staff and service users. From processing referrals to handling phone calls and managing data, you'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Provide day-to-day admin support to the Falls Prevention team. Accurately maintain and update administrative and electronic systems. Process referrals and liaise with internal and external services. Monitor and order stock as needed. Answer calls and handle queries with care and professionalism. Collect and input service user data for monitoring and reporting purposes. Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency. Participate in regular supervision, training, and appraisal reviews

Qualifications and experience required.



Good general education (minimum Grade C/Level 4 in English & Maths at GCSE or equivalent). Confident IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in general office administration. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and telephone. Strong typing skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage workload and adapt in a changing environment. A team player with a flexible, positive attitude. Punctual, reliable, and takes pride in their work and appearance. Empathetic and professional when dealing with service users and colleagues.
