Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children, young people, and families to thrive? We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Aide Worker to join our team. As one of our Family Aide Workers, you will develop and deliver a range of targeted Early Help services designed to achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families.
In this role, you will provide hands-on emotional and practical support to families in their homes and local communities. This is a chance to make a lasting impact in your community by helping families overcome challenges and build stronger futures.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience working with the diverse needs of children, young people, and families
Knowledge of safeguarding practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide practical support to family members of all ages
Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of statutory and voluntary services
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
Experience working in culturally diverse communities and in-home settings
Knowledge of the Bradford Early Help Framework
