About the Role
We have secured a further years funding from the Department for Education to progress our Family Hubs developments (31.03.26). In order to extend our reach, we are looking for two dynamic workers who have the confidence to work independently with communities, actively seek opportunities for linking families and professionals together and making sure they are confident in what and where family hubs are.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.

About You
To apply for this post, you must:

• NNEB/NVQ3 or equivalent in Childcare, Youth and Community, Health and Social Care, IAG, Community Regeneration or other relevant area
• Knowledge of key factors that have a negative impact on families
• Knowledge of the national framework for Family Hubs and service ethos
• Experience of working with diverse communities
• Good organisational / planning skills
• Ability to engage children and parents from a wide range of backgrounds and with a wide range of communication needs/preferences
• Experience of inter-agency work
