Family Hub Practitioner - x1 vacancy

30 hours per week

Grade 5

Fixed Term Contract



The following post will provide an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a team in developing services that will make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and their families

The Post holder will work over two districts of Bromsgrove and Redditch delivering a menu of evidenced based Parenting Programmes, providing positive parenting through groups, workshops and brief intervention.

They will work assertively with families and by working in a child and young person-centred approach, actively seek to empower families to gain and maintain control over all aspects of their lives.

The post holder needs significant experience of facilitation and delivery of evidence-based parenting programmes and young people's groups and experience of working with families, including children and young people and creatively engaging parents and families into services. You will need a NVQ 3 in health, social care, childcare or youth work and undergone training in delivering evidence based Parenting Programmes.
