Job Description

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in West Yorkshire , which is in need of a Family Solicitor . The firm is open to Individuals with 1-5 year PQE in Family Law . They can pay a salary of 40,000 - 60,000 annum depending upon experience. This role is on a Hybrid working basis (2-3 days WFH) Key Responsibilities as a Family law Solicitor: Strong knowledge of injunctions and private children matters Undertake work under a Legal Aid Agency (LAA) contract, including completing Legal Help forms, means and merits assessments, and CCMS applications. Handle a varied caseload of family law matters including care proceedings, child arrangements, domestic abuse, divorce, and financial settlements. Drafting of documents including correspondence and Court documents About you as a Family law Solicitor: Strong attention to detail. Excellent IT Skills Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative. Member of the Law Society's Family or Children Panel Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE in Family Law.
