Job Description

Award-winning regional firm seeks an experienced Family Law Locum to provide hands-on cover for three weeks. You'll slot into a friendly high-street team and keep files moving across a mixed family caseload.
What you'll handle
Divorce/finances (FDRs, consent orders, Form E prep)
Private children matters (C100, Child Arrangements)
Non-molestation/occupation orders (as required)
Drafting, file progression, client meetings, advocacy/admin as needed
What we're looking for
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with solid family law experience
Confident running files autonomously in an office-based setting
Strong client care, quick to pick up systems, able to hit the ground running
Available 3 days per week for the full assignment (from 3 Nov)

40-50 p/h (inside practice, paid weekly)
