Our client is a reputable regional practice known for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. With a growing Family Law department, they are now looking to add a motivated Paralegal to support their solicitors across a broad range of matters. This is a great role for someone looking to build on their family law experience in a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
As a
Family Paralegal
, you will assist in managing a busy caseload of family matters, including:Divorce and separation proceedings Child arrangement orders Financial remedy cases Domestic violence and injunction applications Legal aid and private client matters (depending on experience)
Responsibilities Include:
Drafting legal documents and court forms Preparing and managing court bundles Liaising with clients, courts, and counsel Conducting legal research Providing administrative and case preparation support to fee earners Maintaining accurate and well-organised case files
Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 6-12 months' experience as a Paralegal in a Family Law setting Is empathetic, professional, and client-focused Has excellent organisational and communication skills Is confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office Holds a law degree or equivalent qualification (LPC is desirable but not essential)
