Recovery Coordinator
to join our Peterborough service to engage and assess our service users, ensuring they receive timely, personalised interventions that cater to their unique needs.

Full time Salary Range:
27,861.26 - 32,002.35Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st March 2026 Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities:
About the role:
To deliver outreach services to families promoting access for service users and concerned others
Promoting carer, service user and community involvement
Providing advocacy for access to partnership services
Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination
To adhere to CGL policies and processes in delivery of services - particularly lone working and health and safety related to working with complex service users.
To undertake focused work with families of interest.
To provide rapid and flexible interventions where required to meet the needs of the service users.
About you:
Have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field
Experience of delivering community-based outreach services in a
substance misuse setting. Experience of safeguarding and working in the substance misuse field.
Knowledge of the issue facing families where substance misuse is present.
Good knowledge of local community based support practices.
