A well-established and highly approachable Birmingham law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their respected private family team. The Role:

Manage a busy private family caseload (divorce, finances, child arrangements, domestic abuse)

Provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients

Work independently while contributing to a supportive team

Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm's approachable ethos

Support the continued growth and development of the Birmingham family department

About You:

Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE

Confident managing a full private family caseload from day one

Strong communicator with a calm, client-first approach

Organised, efficient and able to work with autonomy

Professional, positive and collaborative team player

What Is On Offer:

Birmingham-based position

Standard working hours

One day remote per week after a 6-month probation

25 days annual leave, rising by one day per year up to 30
