Family Solicitor - Cheltenham
We're looking for a family solicitor to join a highly regarded Family team specialising in
complex and high value matters
. Clients of this family team will include business owners, entrepreneurs, agricultural families, and those with trusts or inherited wealth.The work in this family team is
varied and rewarding.
The successful family solicitor will work on matters ranging from fromhigh net worth divorces, to children matters, cohabitation agreements, property disputes between partners, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements.
You'll also get exposure to alternative approaches such as Collaborative Law, mediation, and one lawyer divorce.You'll be a
qualified solicitor
with experience in family law. Ideally, you will have atleast2 years' PQE, but please contact me if you have less.
It's important that you have had a good training and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen. You'll be able to show that you have good client skills and the ability to work as a team.This role would suit someone who is looking to work with a
commercial firm,
