Role Details





Title: Senior Associate Family Solicitor



Department: Family - Divorce & Finances



Location: Onsite/ Hybrid - Head office in Nuneaton



Working Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week



Work pattern: 9:00am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday



Salary: Competitive, depending on experience





Role Summary





We are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced and confident Senior


Associate Solicitor to join our Family Law team at our head office in Nuneaton. This


role is ideal for a solicitor with significant experience in private family law who is


ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking legal


practice.




While the focus of the role is on private family law (divorce and financial matters),


some experience in public law would be advantageous, particularly as we hold a


Legal Aid franchise. However, this is not essential.

What We're Looking For:



Experience:

A minimum of 5 years' PQE with a strong background in private
family law, particularly divorce and financial remedy work.

Caseload Management:

The ability to manage a busy caseload confidently
and independently, handling everything from divorce and financial settlements


to children matters.



Advocacy Skills:

Advocacy experience is required, as you will be expected to
represent clients in court as part of the role.



Client Care:

Exceptional client care and communication skills, with a focus on
providing compassionate and professional legal advice.



Proven Success:

Proven success in achieving fee income targets and
delivering results in a dynamic legal environment.
