Care Solicitor - Specialist in Vulnerable Clients & Complex Children Matters
We are seeking an experienced Care Solicitor with a strong background in representing vulnerable clients whose children face removal by social services, including cases involving non-accidental injuries, safeguarding concerns, and other serious local authority interventions.
Our work is diverse and challenging, spanning matters across the UK and Ireland, and involves supporting families during some of the most critical moments of their lives. We require someone who is:
Dynamic and driven
Able to work with autonomy
Confident in handling high-risk, high-complexity care proceedings
Skilled in guiding vulnerable clients through emotionally charged and legally complex situations
Ready for their next professional challenge in a fast-paced, impactful practice
