Family Lawyer

After experiencing tremendous success, a long-established law firm in the heart of Stafford is looking to recruit an enthusiastic lawyer to join its family department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a driven team which in turn will assist in expanding their career.

The family team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients and handles a range of services, including: divorce and separation, ending a civil partnership, resolving children issues, relationship agreements, declarations of trust / property ownership agreements and separation agreements, injunctions, collaborative law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

The role would be full time working closely alongside our committed team. The ideal candidate would have day to day dealings with top level cases in office and at court.

The ideal candidate would be qualified and ready to hit the ground running. Newly qualified solicitors with a hunger to achieve will be considered Must have a strong work ethic and show a passion for law Ability to drive would be preferred

Salary:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and work ethic
