About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised and compassionate Family Support Advisor to join our dedicated school community. This is a pivotal role supporting families, pupils, and staff to ensure every child can thrive both academically and personally.
You will play a key part in fostering strong relationships between home and school, supporting attendance and punctuality, and ensuring smooth administration across a range of essential school services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate school administration functions efficiently.
Lead on attendance and punctuality, working closely with families to remove barriers to learning.
Act as a primary liaison with parents and carers, including support with admissions and general enquiries.
Manage and coordinate before and after-school clubs, ensuring quality provision and communication with parents.
Maintain and update the school website to ensure accurate and engaging communication with our community.

Is approachable, organised, and passionate about supporting families and children.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is confident using IT systems and can manage administrative processes effectively.
Understands the importance of safeguarding and inclusion.

Salary Statement for Support Staff
Please note the advertised actual salary is a range based on continuous service, with the maximum range indicating 5+ continuous years with local government/schools. The starting salary will be calculated based on the individual circumstances of the successful candidate/s.
