The salary range for this role is 20,866 to 27,537 per annum based on a 28 hour working week. Responsibilities You will be required to:
Support families with complex and multiple needs
Hold a caseload of 12 to 15 families
Advocate for children and ensure their voices are heard and that their lived experiences lead the focused work
Facilitate evidence-based group work programmes and courses
You will be based at Tandridge Family Centre in Hurst Green, have your own car and be able to travel throughout the District. Please note this position requires locality work in the Tandridge District of Surrey and a driving license and access to a car are essential
