Family Time Supervisors
at one of our two Cardiff Children and Family Contact Centres.
You'll be part of a
dynamic, compassionate team
delivering a vital service that helps families build and maintain positive relationships in a safe, nurturing environment.
What You'll Do
In this
rewarding and varied role
, you'll:
Support and supervise
family time between children and their birth families, both in our centres and out in the community.
Observe and record
sessions in a sensitive and factual way, ensuring that every child's experience is positive and safe.
Liaise with social workers
and professionals, sharing observations and raising any concerns when needed.
Transport and accompany
children and young people safely to and from contact sessions.
Promote safeguarding
at all times, following Swan Family's policies and procedures.
Attend meetings and training
, ensuring you're always growing in your role.
You'll be joining a
creative, supportive, and child-centred team
that takes pride in providing excellent care and being a positive force in each child's life.

Reliable and organised

Essential Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce or a related field.
An up-to-date
DBS
for working with children and adults (we can help with this if needed).
Desirable:
A full driving licence and access to a car (helpful but not essential).
