Established in 1988 and a registered charity since 2007, we deliver inclusive, high-impact programmes in sport, education, health, and social inclusion. Our work supports people of all ages and backgrounds, with a strong focus on those who need it most.

Each year, we engage thousands through school coaching, disability sport, mental health support, community events, and inclusive matchday experiences. Our City Hub and other outreach initiatives provide safe, welcoming spaces where individuals and families can thrive.

CASUAL COACH - FAN ZONE



Contract Length: In line with the football season

Contract Hours: Two and a half hours per fixture

Location: Bradford

Reporting To: Foundation Management

Salary/Hourly Pay: 50 per match day

ABOUT THE ROLE



The casual coaching role requires a dedicated individual who is comfortable with delivering a range of multi-sport sessions and games. Sessions consist of weekend matchday opportunities at our children and young persons fanzone.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES



? Deliver coaching/physical activity sessions that are structured, progressive, enjoyable, high quality.

? Ensure all sessions are run as the plans state and delivered to a high standard. As well as ensuring you feedback any concerns or observations.

? Maintain, store and return all equipment on completion of your work with Bradford City F.C. Community Foundation or BEAP storage facilities

? Adhere to all company policies, particularly those around safeguarding, incidents, data protection and health & safety.

? Represent the Club and Foundation to a high standard, inline with our mission and vision.

? Support Bradford City F.C. Community Foundation with delivering the aims, objectives and targets of the organisation.

PERSON SPECIFICATION



Essential:

? Previous and demonstrable coaching experience

? An ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written (including electronically)

? Being organised and reliable

? Being committed and driven to the aims and objectives of the Community Foundation

? An awareness and understanding of all Community Foundation policies

Desirable:

? Level 2 qualification in a sport (e.g. football, cricket, basketball etc)

Pay: 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.5 per week
