Our client, a leading agricultural consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Farm Business Consultant to join their team in Norwich and provide expert advice and support to farmers and landowners across various aspects of their businesses.
Position Overview
As a Farm Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate changes in the farming industry, adapt their businesses for a more sustainable future, and find new income streams through diversification projects.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on financial planning and management
Support clients with strategic business decisions and planning
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and cost savings
Assist with diversification projects and new income stream development
Help clients navigate industry changes and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Proven experience within Farm Business Consultancy
Ability to hit the ground running and deliver immediate value
Strong understanding of the UK agricultural industry and trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and business planning
