Description:
We're looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in a mixed role across farming and construction. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on outdoor work, offering long-term opportunities to build skills and gain trade experience.
You'll spend a minimum of 2 hours each day working on our beef finishing farm, with the remainder of your time assisting with general labour and groundwork on active construction sites.
Farm Work Includes:
Daily care of 150 head of finishing cattle Feeding, bedding, and handling livestock General farm maintenance and repairs Silage harvesting and tractor work (experience preferred)
Groundworks & Construction Includes:
Site preparation, digging, backfilling, and manual labour Assisting trades on domestic and light commercial builds Operating basic tools and maintaining site cleanliness Opportunities to learn groundworks or other trade skills
What We're Looking For:
Experience with cattle and/or tractors highly desirable Groundworks or construction background an advantage but not essential Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work Willing to learn and take initiative Full UK driving licence preferred
Pay:
Competitive, based on experienceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour
