THE CANDIDATE
As the Farm Manager of our Poultry Free Range Egg Farm, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our egg production operation. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Key Responsibilities:

Poultry Management:
Overseeing the health, well-being, and behaviour of our free-range hens.
Implementing and monitoring animal welfare best practices to ensure the hens\' comfort and happiness.
Managing disease prevention and control measures.

Operations Management:
Planning and coordinating daily farm activities, including feeding, egg collection, and cleaning.
Monitoring and maintaining the facilities to ensure a clean and safe environment for the hens.

Team Leadership:
Supervising and guiding farm staff in their daily tasks, ensuring productivity and adherence to protocols.
Fostering a positive work environment and providing training when necessary.

Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records related to egg production, hen health, and farm operations.

Quality Assurance:
Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and implementing quality control measures to produce eggs of the highest quality.
