? Farm Operative - Join a Growing Agricultural Team
? Location: Outskirts of Wellington, Somerset ? Hours: 6:00am start until finish (approx. 6:00pm) ? Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday ? Pay: 13.50 per hour (training rate), rising to 15.00 per hour after 12 weeks (permanent placement) ? Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm ? Transport: Own transport essential due to rural location

? Your Role
As a Farm Operative, you will be involved in:
Assisting with poultry preparation and processing
Handling livestock and supporting daily farm operations
Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are consistently met

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
Own transport due to rural location
Previous farm or food production experience is an advantage, but not essential
