Sofina Foods is looking for motivated individuals to join our agricultural operations in the Elgin area.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and is open to learning. While experience in agriculture is an advantage, it's not essential - we'll provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role.Due to the rural locations of our farms, having your own transport is essential.Starting at xc2xa312.21 Per Hour increasing to xc2xa312.61 after 1 years service.Hours of work - Monday to Wednesday 8am to 5pm (approx). • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• A self-starter with good reliability and timekeeping
• Open to learning new skills and working as part of a supportive team
• Able to travel to remote sites independently
• Agricultural experience is helpful but not required - we'll help you build the knowledge and skills you need.
