Farm Veterinary Surgeon- FarmVets SouthWest- Somerset

Fancy working in a dairy rich area of Somerset/Devon with progressive dairy farmers in a happy team that enjoys working together to provide a top class service?

Do you want:

Autonomy to ensure best practice and to drive the clinical side of the business? Backing for post-grad qualifications or to develop your areas of interest. Access to a varied case load? As well as having over 30 dairies on routine visits we have beef, sheep and significant youngstock work. To work in a practice with vet techs and ATT staff to ensure you can concentrate on clinical work? To get involved in discussion groups or farmer training?

Practice:

FarmVets SouthWest is a farm-animal only Veterinary Practice covering Somerset and East Devon. The practice prides itself on traditional service values, with a modern approach. We have an experienced team of farm vets, with expertise in the dairy sector.


If you are a Farm Vet ready to take on routine fertility work and drive our clinical offerings whilst sharing in the (usually quiet) out of hours provision (currently 1:6) then we are keen to talk to you.

Where we are:

Based around Taunton in Somerset, in between the picturesque Quantock and Blackdown hills within easy access of the Jurassic Coast (World heritage site).
