Farm Worker/tractor Driver
Job Description
This position is well-suited to an individual that is highly motivated, is able to use their initiative, and works well on their own, or as part of a small team.
The role is based on the upkeep of our horse racing gallops, paddocks and stables, covering just over 300 acres. As well as regular daily duties, there are a wide variety of tasks throughout the year that are necessary in order to maintain the land and keep the place tidy and in good order.
You would be working a 5-day week, with an additional hour or two on a Saturday morning to harrow the gallops and empty the muck trailers when required.
Key Duties
Grass topping
Tipping the muck trailers
Harrowing/rolling the gallops
Maintaining the tracks on-site
Maintaining fencing
Hedge Cutting
Assisting with other duties relating to the business as required.
Experience in hedge cutting, chainsawing, muck spreading and/or spraying may be beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work in a stunning countryside setting.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
