About Us



At NFU Mutual, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients across the farming and rural communities. We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Farming Account Executive to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding support to our key farming clients.

Role Overview



As a Farming Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key farming clients, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, handling renewals, queries, and providing tailored advice and support.

Key Responsibilities





Manage and nurture relationships with key farming clients.
Conduct renewal reviews and ensure timely and accurate processing.
Handle a wide range of client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Deliver high standards of customer service in line with NFU Mutual's values.
Maintain a high level of client retention through proactive account management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Keep up to date with industry trends and NFU Mutual products.

What We're Looking For





Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in customer service or account management (insurance or farming sector preferred).
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
A proactive and solution-focused approach.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of farming and rural business environments is an advantage.
