Platinum Textiles is a growing fashion and garment manufacturing company with operations linked

to Istanbul and the UK. We are in a rapid development phase and are preparing to launch a new

training course and product development system.

We are seeking a motivated Fashion Graduate to join us on a project basis to assist with design

development, tech packs, research, and course structuring. This role offers hands-on experience in

a scaling startup with a clear path to long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing garment tech packs and production documentation.

Support fabric research, design concepts, and sampling.

Help structure educational content for our training course.

Collaborate on product development, branding, and process improvement.

Ensure accuracy and consistency across design files.

Work closely with Istanbul operations and design teams as needed.

Requirements:

Recent graduate or current student in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or related field.

Understanding of garment construction and design principles.

Competency in Adobe Illustrator and general design software.

Detail-oriented, motivated, able to work independently.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Growth Opportunity:

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow with a startup. As we expand, there is potential to

evolve into positions such as Senior Designer, Head of Product Development, Creative Director, or

Operations Lead.

Compensation:

Paid per project or completed contract.

Potential for full-time salaried position as the company grows.
