Role Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling and trend-aligned designs including placement graphics and all over print repeats. From concept through to final execution, you will bring ideas to life that engage our customers and elevate our supplier presence. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout, as well as the ability to work across multiple product categories including Babywear, Girlswear, Ladieswear and Nightwear. You will work closely with the design team reporting to the Head of Design to ensure all creative output is consistent, impactful, and delivered on time.

Working Location

Hybrid will be considered with flexible office travel to Leicestershire or other offices on a weekly basis or when required to support with meetings as directed by the Head of Design.

Qualifications

A BA Hons Degree in Art / Graphic Design or a related discipline.


Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)


Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and colour theory.


Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a supplier environment.


Proven ability to produce a wide range of creative work, demonstrated by a strong portfolio.


Experience creating assets for both print and digital media.


Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with design team members.


Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
