Fashion Retail Assistant

Coton Orchard Garden Centre

12 Hours per week, Permanent Position.

3 days a week between Monday- Friday 8am-12pm

ABOUT THE ROLE

To support the team on our Fashion department, it is essential that you are a hardworking and fast paced individual with a flair for fashion retailing and have the ability to ensure that operations run efficiently. Your focus will always be on attention to detail, you will have good teamwork and great communication skills.

Driving profit is always paramount and Fashion retail experience in a busy and thriving store is preferred, with proven success working in the back of house environment with a flexible approach to helping out on the shop floor.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal Fashion Retail Assistant will:

Have Excellent communication skills

Be able to perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get 'stuck in'; prioritise tasks effectively and displaying a 'can do' attitude at all times.

Have the ability to pay attention to detail and be thorough

Have the skills and be competent using our Daily/weekly profit reports to effectively manage all elements of stock control.

Active listening skills and good levels of concentration skills.

Great organisation skills
