We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies. Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping environment. Implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance with company policies. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets while maximising profitability. Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness to enhance the customer experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. Demonstrated ability in administrative tasks including inventory control and financial reporting. Exceptional phone etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries or concerns. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service while fostering a positive team culture.
