The creative team are looking for an extraordinary candidate to join their extraordinary team. Thier new Fashion Social Media Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of marketing areas that cover all channels. This role not only requires you to have a comprehensive understanding of social media and content generation; it also requires a mindset of can-do attitude!

This role is fast paced, demanding and requires continuous flexibility and agility, read on if this sounds like you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the creative director to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's overall marketing and business objectives Drive innovation and create engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and innovative content that resonates with the audience Foster an active and engaged social media community by interacting with customers, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages, and maintain a positive brand image Oversee the day-to-day management of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring content is consistent, compelling, and on-brand Be Confident at delivering our messages through live streaming videos in front our Social Media Audience Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the business remains at the forefront of social media innovation Work with the creative director to ensure global influencer/ creator and affiliate communications/ processes and cadence aligns to overall social strategy and tone of voice Support the process between social and Customer Care to ensure that all social mentions of the business are reviewed and responded to as appropriate Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, improve content performance, and identify trends to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates Provide proof-reading, copy editing and formatting assistance for the creation of mailers, web content, press releases and other promotional materials. Have strong e-commerce/social commerce experiences, with a good commercial understanding and an analytical skill to drive key business decisions on digital marketing and social media strategy.

Proven track record of inspiring creativity in social media content and digital marketing. A hard-worker with a can-do attitude High degree of personal and professional mastery with Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube etc. Strong creative skills using Adobe creative suite photoshop, illustrator etc Passionate about social media, digital trends, and editorial Driven self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in a fast paced environment Analytical, and able to both learn from and utilize data to build strategy and convey impactful stories Excellent writing skills and grammar for design creative story. Must be creative minded and have a genuine passion for fashion Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and organisation skills. Can work independent, proactive and as part of a high efficient small team. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
