About FERAL
FERAL is one of the UK's fastest-growing Gen Z fashion brands. We're rooted in rave culture, moving fast and doing everything in-house -- from design to content to logistics. The energy's raw, the pace is quick, and the ambition is serious.
This is a chance to get in early with a brand that's going places.
About the Role
We're looking for someone to help behind the scenes in our warehouse -- packing orders, managing stock, and keeping things moving during busy drops. You'll be working closely with our Operations Manager and playing a key role in the day-to-day flow.
This role's best suited to someone who's quick on their feet, can crack on without being chased, and likes getting things done properly and fast.
What You'll Be Doing
Packing orders
-- folding, tagging, and packing orders cleanly and fast (presentation matters)
Stock management
-- keeping stock organised, tidy, and in the right place
Inventory checks
-- logging new deliveries and double-checking counts
Warehouse upkeep
-- making sure the space is clear, safe, and efficient to work in
General support
-- helping with tasks like customer messages or moving stock around
Adapting on the go
-- each drop is different, so we need someone who can adjust fast and just get on with it
Who This Is For
You're fast, focused, and don't need hand-holding
You like working with your hands, staying busy, and ticking things off
You've got common sense and spot when things look off
You show up on time, every time
You're cool working solo but also don't mind being part of a small team
You want experience in fashion, and you're up for learning on the job
You're okay with physical work (lifting boxes, moving stuff around)
What You'll Get
Real experience inside a fast-growing fashion brand
A close-up look at how drops, launches, and logistics really work
A non-corporate, fast-paced work environment
A chance to grow with the team as the brand scales
You'll need to be able to commute to BN6 8SG - car or bike is best, as public transport is limited.
