Setyres are looking for a retail site manager based at our branch in Tonbridge. Candidates should have previous management experience in a retail fast fit environment and be confident in a front of house role as well as displaying a good knowledge of products and services. Candidates should also be capable of being hands on, if, and when required.

They will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as well as growing the business, whilst maintaining the trust and confidence of the large existing customer base.

Candidates should be approachable, trustworthy, able to work well leading a team and encourage a positive work environment, all whilst adhering to our policies and procedures.

There is a generous bonus scheme with no cap in place for the right candidate as well as a very competitive basic salary. A company vehicle will also be supplied as part of this role.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 and Saturday 08:30 to 13:00. There is no Sunday or bank holiday working aside from half day on good Friday.
