The FatFace Foundation shop is the primary funding source for the FatFace Foundation
charity based in Havant, just a stone's throw away from FatFace Head Office on the
South Coast and is packed full of FatFace outlet styles at great prices. 100% of all
profits go to local, national and international charities and community projects.

To be successful in this role you would....
Act as a natural leader you will coach, develop and support your team to help
them reach their full potential, whilst nurturing a fun and exciting
atmosphere. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will continually promote the FatFace and
FatFace Foundation brand and culture to our customers through your team. You'll take pride in continually delivering the highest and most consistent
standards of customer service, visual standards, profitability and productivity
of your store.Manage store operations effectively, including stock control, security, and
health & safety, while ensuring profitability.
Responsibilities
Always provide exceptional service utilising your knowledge to help our
customers find the best products to suit them in-store. Resolving all customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive
manner Efficient and attentive service at the tills, processing POS (point of sale
transactions) and thanking customers. Ability to delegate and demonstrate tasks to team members alongside the
day to day running of the store.
Sensitivity: General
Ensure the stores is set to visual standards, contributing to company
standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping
and seasonal launches or sale set ups. Safeguard the charity through ensuring full compliance of policy, procedure,
loss prevention and health & safety.
Competencies
Proven ability to successfully lead a team: viewed as a leader amongst peers.
Experience in a customer service environment is essential.
Proven experience with POS management, daily banking and meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to respond to changing stock to
maximise sales.
Collaborative and positive can-do attitude, demonstrating confidence in taking
the initiative and working under own direction.
Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment, quickly learning new
tasks and commits information to memory.
Team player - embracing every opportunity to be part of what's going on.
