Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs promptly. Support bartending duties, including mixing beverages and serving drinks in accordance with established recipes. Help with catering events by setting up dining areas, serving food, and clearing tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including kitchens and dining spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred, particularly in restaurant or catering environments. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike. A proactive attitude towards helping others, demonstrating a willingness to assist wherever needed. Experience in bartending or beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
