We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met, and contributing to a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and storage areas. Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away food and drink items as required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A friendly disposition with excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
