We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will assist with food preparation, bartending, and catering services while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to established standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and maintaining the bar area. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen facilities. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Assist with catering events, setting up dining areas, serving guests, and cleaning up afterwards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. Bartending skills are a plus; willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly disposition with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
