Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for those seeking part-time work, students, or anyone looking to fit shifts around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests in the bar, restaurant, and event spaces Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of service areas at all times Support the setup and smooth running of weddings, functions, and club events Handle payments accurately and in line with company procedures Deliver excellent customer service, going above and beyond to enhance the guest experience Work as part of a team to maintain high standards across the Food and Beverage department

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude with good communication skills Ability to work well in a team and under pressure during busy periods Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided
