An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small and dedicated team in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and restaurant, set opposite Elie Golf Course, the third oldest in the world. The ideal candidate will posses strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service at all times. This role requires a hands-on approach, particularly in the restaurant areas, to maintain high standards of food safety and preparation.

Duties:-

Supervise daily operations with the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Assist in training new employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction is achieved.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Skills:-

Proven leadership abilities with experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to help staff overcome challenges efficiently.

Previous experience in a restaurant environment is highly desirable.
