Lead, inspire and manage operations F&B team of 20+ talents, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment Collaborate with other departments to organize and execute conferences and events Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences, increase revenue, optimize operations Leverage social media to promote F&B offerings and engage with guests Stay updated on industry trends and local culinary preferences to keep our offerings fresh and appealing Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently

Qualifications



Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a hotel setting Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and costs including payroll and expenses Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
