About the Role:

As Food Beverage Manager, you'll take the lead in ensuring our bars, restaurants, and service outlets run smoothly, creating memorable guest experiences and exceeding expectations every time.



You'll be hands-on in your leadership, developing and motivating your team to deliver best-in-class service while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. From breakfast through to evening cocktails, you'll make sure every shift runs like clockwork.



With an eye on revenue and profitability, you'll track key metrics, manage labour costs, and support the overall financial success of the venue--delivering results while creating a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere.
