Role Overview

As FB Marketing Manager, you will own all marketing activity for our FB outlets -- from Aethos Cafe Bar to the launch of our new restaurant and bar concept.



You will work hand-in-hand with the operations and culinary teams, ensuring every campaign, collaboration, and piece of content reflects the energy, creativity, and excellence that define Aethos dining experiences. This role is about living and breathing the product -- being immersed in service, understanding the team, and translating the emotion of hospitality into stories that inspire guests to visit and return.



Success here is defined by how we make people feel -- both in person and online. Every touchpoint must be brand-aligned, emotionally resonant, and commercially effective.

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in restaurant or bar marketing role. Deep passion for food, beverage, and guest experience. Proven ability to turn creative ideas into commercially measurable campaigns. Hands-on, proactive, and naturally collaborative with operations teams. Flexible schedule and high personal dedication - thrives in the energy of service. Confident across digital, social, and PR channels with strong visual eye. Experience creating and managing branded social media channels from inception to growth.
