As one of our experts, you'll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. • Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness of room service trays, carts, and delivery areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and assist guests with recommendations.

This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition, you'll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping, and move over uneven or sloping surfaces.
