About the role...

Memories of special guest experiences come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents, and, importantly, service. Within this role, you'll:

Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team across all outlets and Christmas party events Lead by example to deliver warm, professional, and engaging service Coordinate between bar, restaurant, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service Support with staff briefings, section allocations, and daily operations Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively Contribute to increased revenues and positive guest feedback

Must-haves:

Fully flexible availability, including weekends and evenings Ability to work on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve

About you...

We're looking for someone with:

Experience in a supervisory or senior Food & Beverage role A passion for customer service, with your own unique flair and leadership style Strong communication and organisational skills A calm, adaptable approach and the ability to lead under pressure High standards of cleanliness and a hands-on approach to teamwork

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.45 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
