We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Braye Beach Hotel, Alderney, Channel Islands, part of Hand Picked Hotels. The start date for this position will be February 2024 due to the hotel close down in January. Braye Beach Hotel is one of the newest additions to the Hand Picked Hotels collection and is the only 4 Star hotel on the island of Alderney, the northernmost of the inhabited Channel Islands and part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The Hotel has 27 bedrooms and 2 stunning restaurants, The Vaults and The Beach Bar. In one of Alderney\xe2\x80\x99s most beautiful bays, the views are spectacular, making this an enviable location to live and work, no matter what the weather or season. Have you got a big smile and a passion for delivering high standards of service? This is a full time live in role on the island of Alderney working at least 40 hours per week with all overtime paid. Live in accommodation costs only \xc2\xa3151 per month. Although taking orders and serving food is of course an important part of the job, this role entails so much more. You are one of the team who will liaise face to face with our guests, which means you can make one of the biggest impressions and help make our guests feel welcome and at home.
