We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in a vibrant hotel environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards in food preparation and production. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations within the food and beverage department, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Duties

Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence Train, mentor, and manage team members, promoting a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns effectively. Implement health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and culinary practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is an advantage. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
